Call Detail Records (CDR) from CUCM



Call detail records (CDR) contain information related to call activity in a call within the Cisco Call Manager. Information includes origination and destination of the call, IVR and routing information, time the call started and eneded, call duration, as well as the time of day the call was made.

How do I configure a CDR Report in CUCM?

Login to Cisco Unified Communications Manager

  • Log in to your CUCM Admin interface
  • Navigate to Cisco Unified Serviceability then select "go"
  • Select Tools CDR Analysis and Reporting
  • Export CDR/CMR
  • Select Date Range then select "Export to File"
  • Next, right click CDR Dump and save the file

From here you can view the data, or import it into Expo XT Collaboration Analytics for more insights.
