OfficeWatch for Business is a Windows-based telemanagement system that tracks all incoming and outgoing telephone traffic and provides historical reports to authorized users. Additionally, OfficeWatch alerts users of suspicious telephone activity that could indicate toll fraud and/or telephone hackers.
USAID had previously implemented OfficeWatch at its Baghdad headquarters in January 2009 and, due to the success of that implementation, chose to add an additional OfficeWatch system in Senegal. For the Senegal location, USAID selected the Enterprise version of OfficeWatch, which allows users access to reports and other functionality via the Internet or client PCs. The Enterprise version of OfficeWatch also includes TrafficWatch, a graphical trunk analysis utility that provides in-depth information on trunk usage and inbound and outbound telephone traffic.
