The Nines implemented the Web version of ProfitWatch, which allows an unlimited number of authorized users access to ProfitWatch’s features and reports via the Internet.
The Nines will open in October 2008 as part of Starwood’s prestigious Luxury Collection brand and occupies the top nine floors of the historic Meier & Frank Building in downtown Portland. Sage Hospitality is the project’s developer and incorporated several conservation building elements, such as a specialized plumbing system that will save more than 500,000 gallons of water per year and renewable wind source energy to power the hotel. During construction, 90% of the construction waste was recycled or reused.
