By interfacing with the facilities’ ShoreTel phone system, OfficeWatch monitors incoming and outgoing phone call traffic from all three sites, seamlessly centralizing all telephone traffic data into one location and allowing users to obtain their own telephone usage reports across all of the sites. Additionally, OfficeWatch tracks the users’ unique individual extensions, regardless of the location to which they have traveled. The stadiums also selected OfficeWatch due to its ability to bill visiting teams and events for telephone usage at the venues, allowing them to quickly recoup the costs related to their telephone system.
AT&T Park , home of the San Francisco Giants, is known for its breathtaking views and was chosen as the 2008 Sports Facility of the Year by Sports Business Journal and Sports Business Daily as part of the inaugural Sports Business Awards program. AT&T Park was the first privately financed ballpark in Major League Baseball since 1962. For their major league spring training, the Giants have been at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1992.
